Baby's First (Collegiate) Bowl Game

On Christmas Eve, the Hall family was lucky enough to attend the UH/Notre Dame Sheraton Hawaii Bowl. We had such a great time! We were able to get amazing tickets from Greg's friend Brian Smith, who starts defensive line for Notre Dame. (You'll see him in the pics- #58). We went to the stadium early for some tailgating, and everyone had a good day (especially those cheering for N.D.) One fan even offered to move Landon to South Bend since the Irish looked so good and broke a 9-game bowl losing streak with us present.

It didn't quite feel like Christmas Eve, as we were all wearing shorts and t-shirts, and I had to lather the sunblock on Landon. But after the game, we drove around looking at Christmas lights to get into the holiday spirit.

Back in KC we all watched the game knowing that Landon would somehow end up on the big screen as he is such a ham (and the cutest baby!) Glad you had fun. Thanks for making Brian and Notre Dame crew cookies and puppy chow. From what I hear everything was gone pretty fast! Happy New Year to all of you. We miss you and love you!
